All our products are shipped in biodegradable bags and cardboard boxes as we try do our very best to reduce our environmental impact.

We aim to dispatch all orders typically within three business days of receiving your order. Please note Australian National public holiday orders will be dispatched the following shipping day.

Our provider is Australia Post and all orders receive full tracking information. You will receive an email at the time of dispatch for you to track your order. If you have any questions in regards to the delivery of your parcel, please contact us at hello@miniplusme.com.au.

Please allow around 5-14 business days on standard shipping to receive your tracked order.

Any shipping delays with Australia Post are unfortunately out of our control. We cannot fast track how quickly Australia Post delivers your order, the best we can do is track your parcel to ensure it is delivered and received.
